Yisrael is a Messianic Jew (Christian) - a converted Orthodox Jew - who came to WROS - AM in March 2003 with over three and one-half decades of commercial radio and television experience; having worked at major market AM, FM, and TV stations all across the country.
 
 As Program Director, Yisrael is responsible for ensuring that the broadcasts fulfill the "Mission" of 'The Rose Of Jacksonville. And, is constantly developing current and new programming to compliment the reflection of the 'Mission Statement' of this radio ministry.
  
 As 'Chief Operator', Yisrael assures that the broadcast facilities operate in compliance with the terms of the station license and the Federal Communications Commission's Rules and Regulations.  Yisrael has an Associates Degree in Electronics, is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission: FCC GROL License (General Radiotelephone Operators License with Ship Radar Endorsement), FCC MROL (Marine Radiotelephone Operators License), RROP (Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit). And, is a Senior Certified Electronics Technician - CETsr (NARTE) National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers.
